Napa County Landmarks, the nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation of historic architectural treasures countywide, is sponsoring its Second Annual Vintage Travel Trailer “Hitch Up” from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 20.

The event will feature a classic American summer barbecue featuring artisan hot dogs from Niman Ranch with fixings, side dishes, homemade potato chips and refreshments. Food will be served between noon and 2 p.m. Beer and wine will be available for the duration of the event.

The event ticket will allow attendees to casually tour several classic travel trailers from yesteryear covering the 1930s to the 1960s. Trailer owners will be present as docents to answer questions and display their rigs.
