I would work seven days a week if all my customers had your contracts. I'm going to call you at the beginning of the year just to say ‘hi’ since the claims are so quickly handled … I don't get to talk to you.

Had my used motorhome 3 weeks and the compressor on the engine air went out. EESPC replaced it (parts and labor). Six months later the new a/c compressor went out and they assisted us with getting the supplier to replace it and EESPC paid all the labor cost. We are now on our second motorhome. Under their requirements as stated. Very please so far.

I especially want to thank Mark, your company Claim Representative, for his assistance in dealing back and forth with the repair shops local to me and with those shops that I have traveled to out of town. My RV has had a series of issues with the cooling system and with the heater core; Mark worked with the repair facility, Bunk House RV in Red Bay, AL to expedite and cover the costs for those repairs.

First off, the repair service handled all negotiations. That took a load off of me. RV Guy inspected the need for a new Rear Air Conditioner, alerted EESPC, purchased the exact unit and installed it on the same day they received it. I did not hear from EESPC until the claim was settled. However, when the Adjuster phoned me, he explained why all of the claim could not be reimbursed and gave me specifics so I understood. I was impressed with that and I thank him. It gave me a much better feeling about my extended warranty.

When I was first talking with Alex, my first impulse was to complain about them not covering everything…BUT, Alex was great! He took the time to explain what he was able to do and why! It all made sense and such a difference in the outcome of how I felt! You have a great person in that position!
